Troubleshooting

The plugin will not install

If WordPress cannot install the plugin, confirm that you are uploading the correct ZIP file and that your user account has administrator permissions.

  • Make sure the ZIP file was not accidentally extracted before upload.
  • Check that your hosting environment supports the plugin requirements.
  • Try downloading a fresh copy of the plugin ZIP file.

I do not see the duplicate option

If the duplicate action does not appear, confirm that Duplicizer is active and that your user role has permission to duplicate content.

  • Go to Plugins and confirm Duplicizer is active.
  • Check whether the content type supports duplication.
  • Review role permissions if your site uses restricted editor or client accounts.
